JOB DESCRIPTION AND JOB EVALUATIONS In this course you will learn why a job description is necessary and the HR processes it impacts. This training will dive deep into evaluating positions and using Hay methods.

OBJECTIVES

• Develop a holistic understanding of the business and the external / internal forces and levers that impact business performance. • Anticipate evolution of the business and develop ability to identify challenges and be proactive in proposing plans & actions • Sharpen strategic thinking, commercial ‘reflexes’ and financial understanding • Build skills and confidence in ‘strategic conversations’ - enhance credibility, impact and influence business leadership team / with key stakeholders • Support SG managers and individual contributors in aligning their roadmaps with the objectives, strategies and priorities of SG Group / SG business
