EHS FOR GENERAL MANAGERS - 1 DAY To know and understand the specific tasks and EHS responsibilities, including the key concepts of the EHS management system and how to build up an EHS action plan and demonstrate involvement.

EHS FOR SITE MANAGERS – 1 DAY To know and understand the specific tasks and EHS responsibilities, including the key concepts of the EHS management system and how to build an EHS action plan and demonstrate involvement.

APPLYING THE SMAT METHOD – 1 DAY To know and understand what are the principles of SMAT and to be able to carry out one (Safety Management Tool). PSYCHOLOGICAL RISKS – 1 DAY To understand the main concepts of psychological risks and to know the methods and the tools to assess psychological risks and the prevention approach in order to efficiently manage this issue
