MANAGEMENT CONTROL OF THE GROUP Aligned with the Finance Strategy, this programme is totally reviewed for the coming year.

OBJECTIVES

• To address the different strategic aspects of Management Control and put professional and technical experience into practice by running a cross-functional project • To explore Management Control techniques that contributes to management and strategic analysis. To conduct a study project and practical implementation within the Group • Leadership and high performance management • Cybersecurity guidance

• Pricing, controlling and innovation, World Class Manufacturing: case study by Sector, dynamic pricing and operational performance, innovation in management control, launch of an active learning project • Control and strategy, value creation, cash management • Presentation of projects conducted between the sessions • Leadership and high performance management Techniques Pedagogiques: Teaching techniques: presentations, discussions and projects and learning expeditions
