POST IMS FINANCE FOR EXECUTIVES

This course is dedicated to post-IMS participants recently appointed or to be appointed shortly, to finalise their knowledge in finance and meet the Group’s financial executives.

OBJECTIVES

• To share Group financial practices • To include financial aspects in operational decisions • To learn how to evaluate investment decisions • To understand and fill out a DAC (Demande d’Autorisation Compagnie - Request for Group Authorisation)

PARTICIPANTS

Recently-appointed GMs and high potential managers (registration subject to validation)

PROGRAMME

• Review of the fundamentals of financial management (ratios, performance, etc.) • Investment and financing in depth • Presentations on finance activities; introduction to senior DAF Teaching techniques: presentations, discussions and guest speakers, Saint-Gobain experts.

Prerequisites

• E-Learning module on Group Finance
