Business Finance for Everyone is a highly engaging, “hands on”, game board based business simulation designed to develop the participant’s understanding of Saint-Gobain’s financial statements and critical business metrics. The session is team based and competitive.

OBJECTIVES

Business Finance for Everyone is designed to demystify common financial ratios and terminology to ensure everyone understand what metrics are most important to Saint-Gobain and their direct role in supporting the success of the organization. The session is designed to develop the participant’s critical business thinking skills while learning about Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements. PARTICIPANTS This simulation is suitable for all roles and functions and levels of team members up to senior level leaders

PROGRAMME

Business Finance for Everyone is a “hands on”, game board based business simulation designed to develop the participant’s understanding of Saint-Gobain’s financial statements and critical business metrics. The session is team based and competitive. The simulation is a one-day session in which the participants “manage” the Apples and Oranges Company for three fiscal years making operational and financial decisions that impact the profit, cash and revenue for the organization. Parallels are drawn between the dynamics of simulation and Saint-Gobain
