OBJECTIVES

• To learn how to achieve better individual productivity when using SAP on a daily basis and get better operational use out of the software’s capabilities. • To learn experts’ tips and hints that will help them when working in the SAP environment.

PARTICIPANTS

This seminar is especially designed for users of SAP-based ERPs in Saint-Gobain Group entities.

PROGRAMME

• Browsing the SAP functionalities and using them: customising menus, creating favourites, using shortcuts • Practical tips: default values, dropdown lists, • Search helps and multiple selections • Defining selection variants and list displays data selection Teaching techniques: functional tips for Finance or Sales modules (depending on the group)

Prerequisites

• 6 months of SAP use and experience with several transactions • Bring a laptop with access to the SAP system used
