HR ACADEMY

MISSION

The HR Academy was devised with three objectives in mind: to enhance our HR teams’ professionalism, to ensure consistency across HR practices within the Group and to prepare teams and mainly HR newcomers to implement the OPEN HR strategy. The HR Academy is more than just a set of training courses, it aims to be a place for discussion, experimentation and people development. The HR Academy offers tailor- made training to develop our HR employees and line managers. It includes e-Learning modules on the HR policies as well as classroom sessions and workshops on HR technical skills.
