MEET THE GROUP Find out more about the Group, its values, activities, Organization, history and strategy. Meet the Group complements programmes offered by Delegations and Sectors for people who seek an international perspective of the Group. The programme Meet the Group 2 is exclusively developed for experienced executives, who recently joined the Group.

OBJECTIVES • To enhance knowledge of Saint-Gobain’s activities within a specific Delegation. • To deepen understanding of Saint-Gobain’s operational priorities and strategy. • To build and develop an international network.

PARTICIPANTS

Meet the Group: executives who have joined the Group in the last four years Meet the Group 2: experienced executives with less than 2 years’ service in the Group The candidates are proposed by their management during the annual people review process, which is conducted jointly by the countries.

PROGRAMME

• Module 1: Discover Saint-Gobain activities in one of our European Delegations. Meet the General Delegate and the HRD for an exchange on his role and mission. • Module 2: Saint-Gobain Group operational and global strategy - Group strategy - Marketing - Industrial Excellence
