ADVANCED MANAGEMENT A programme for experienced managers which will deepen their understanding of the business environment and leadership performance, and reinforce their ability to implement change in their area of responsibility. This involves working on personal effectiveness, team management, marketing and innovation.

PARTICIPANTS
Senior managers with a wide experience within the Group. Having attended the Operations Management seminar is an advantage. The candidates are proposed by their management during the annual people review process, which is conducted jointly by the countries.
