LEADERSHIP, DEVELOPMENT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

MID-LEVEL LEADERSHIP This is a 12-month blended learning programwhich consist of 3 live seminars and a final presentation to the North America Executive Committee. This program is aimed at strengthening capabilities at the mid-level in the areas of strategy execution, change and innovation. During the program participants work on high profile projects that are associated with helping forward the long-range plans of the business. Projects are selected by the BU presidents, participants, and their managers. Throughout the program participants are introduced to new content, tools and approaches (i.e. strategy execution, change management, change readiness, enterprise thinking, leveraging diverse perspectives, simplified innovation, etc.)

OBJECTIVES

• This program is aimed to help participants effectively manage, implement and sustain the outputs of the strategic work they are leading individually. • Successfully lead and complete a critical project directly linked to advancing the strategic objectives of the business. PARTICIPANTS
