SAINT-GOBAIN ATTITUDES 360 FEEDBACK TRAINING The future 360 coach will deepen his/her understanding of behavioral competencies, the Saint-Gobain Attitudes, and the fundamental principles of coaching and delivering feedback. Additionally, participants will be certified on 360 Assessments offered by Saint-Gobain; And therefore expected to coach leaders.

OBJECTIVES

• Presentation of concepts • Exercises in large group • Practice in small groups • Mutual feedback

• Deliver feedback being observed by a Korn Ferry consultant or an accredited person from Saint Gobain and gather his/her feedback + feedback from the person who received the 360° feedback. • Conduct 360° feedback sessions based on the Saint-Gobain behavioral competencies and prepare the 360° feedback accreditation process. • Support participants in the definition of their individual development plan and support the implementation.
