YOUNG FEMALE TALENT HOW TO BUILD A SUCCESSFUL CAREER Support women in their early career within large international organization to understand the key factors for a successful career and also the crucial interdependence of competencies, of visibility and the importance of influential networks
OBJECTIVES
This training programme will enable the participant to: • Better understand the stakes for the company on gender balance and the impact of male/female differences on a career path • Anticipate and plan for the different phases of a career cycle in line with personal and professional objectives and their evolution over time
• Affirm their professional ambition and develop a strategy to reach it • Take ownership of and proactively use the tools to increase visibility PARTICIPANTS
Women in their early career (with 3 up to 10 years of professional experience). Investing in young female talent, before the intense balancing act of the 30s, enhances value and performance for both women and companies.

Prerequisites
• Understanding how organizations/companies work • Differences to take into account • The key factors for a successful career: - Personal and professional development: building a career that lasts - How to manage career phases - Marketing yourself: managing your image strategically - Building and maintaining a network Teaching techniques: presentation of concepts, group exercises, sharing of experiences
• Preparatory work: Pretraining questionnaire
Organization
• 1 day - face-to-face session • Intercompanies training • Group of 16 women and max 4 participants from Saint-Gobain • Feed-back form • Attendance form • Language: This English speaking session is open for women of any nationality (French as well) who, on top of the bene ts of this training want to take this opportunity to practice their English in an open and safe environment. Subgroups work can be done in French
