BUSINESS GAME “UNDER CONSTRUCTION”

Making their competent decisions during the game, the participants have to build an efficient manufacturing facility and minimize the number of malfunctions.

OBJECTIVES

• To develop cross-functional management skills related to the production field • To implement appropriate prevention steps and programs

PARTICIPANTS

Employees of the industrial sector, plant workers

PROGRAMME

During the game, the participants will streamline business processes, improve the interaction of the services, plan production and maintenance, as well as train and rotate employees etc. The game ends with facilitation and the participants shall draw their conclusions thereof to be applicable to their working environment based on the completed game process.

Prerequisites

• The business game is arranged at the plant on demand of the Plant Director
