ECO-INNOVATION: MASTERING THE TOOLS
This seminar introduces the concept of eco-innovation and provides training in the use of the specific tools for managing eco-innovation projects.

OBJECTIVES
• To understand the context of eco-innovation within Saint-Gobain • To be familiar with the eco-innovation tools and their use to be able to pilot or participate in an eco-innovation project
PARTICIPANTS This course gathers participants from different functions; R&D project leaders and Marketing project or product managers, and also people in charge of development projects or from Purchasing, Production, EHS, etc.
PROGRAMME
First Day : • Introduction: Various examples of Eco-Innovation within and outside Saint-Gobain • Prospective exercise : the trends of the future • Presentation of the Eco-Innovation method and existing toolbox (Cookbook, life cycle assessment, systemic approach, design thinking...) Creativity games • Case study : Applying the methodology in a practical selected by participants and by working group Teaching techniques: The training course is built on practical exercises and group work allowing use of all the tools of Eco- Innovation • The second day applies the method on a real case
