TOTAL REWARD Make well-educated and consistent decisions when we design rewards policies and when we define individual employee situations, and to ensure proper communication of these policies and decisions.
OBJECTIVES
• Make educated and consistent decisions when we design rewards policies and when we define the total rewards package for an individual employee. • Ensure proper communication of decisions related to Total Rewards (policies and individual decisions). • Strive to be more efficient in the way we operate by involving the appropriate stakeholders and using the most relevant information and tools.
PARTICIPANTS
HR people involved with communicating and advising managers regarding compensation decisions + those involve in recruitment and mobility
Most often: local business HR Directors / HR Business Partners / HR managers / Recruitment & Mobility specialists
PROGRAMME
Module 1: Take part in total reward policy development and proactively propose changes when needed. Module 2: Based on Delegation input, roll-out and customize the communication for total rewards guidelines and policies within your perimeter. Module 3: Proactively advise and challenge managers on individual decisions regarding total rewards. Ask the right questions and share the most relevant information available based on the rewards methodology toolkit: external market comparisons and internal equity assessments. Module 4: Coach managers how to communicate and effectively answer total rewards questions from their team members. Module 5: Train managers to correctly use the tools available locally for the total rewards processes.
Prerequisites
• Participants should coming from the same Business unit or Organization to make sure that the Total rewards rules are common.
Organization
• 1 day in person • WebEx pre- sessions • Klaxoon in workshop • E-learning and face-to- face sessions • 10 participants
