MY 360° ATTITUDES (KORN FERRY HAY GROUP ACCREDITATION)

Learn and practice giving 360° feedback to become an accredited Saint-Gobain “360° coach” and help SG employees have a better understanding of their strengths and points of improvement in order to provide them with support in establishing their Individual Development Plan.

OBJECTIVES

• To conduct 360° feedback sessions based on the Saint-Gobain Attitudes and prepare the 360° feedback accreditation process • To help participants define their individual development plans and support them in implementing them

• The Saint-Gobain Attitudes • Principles and practice of the 360° feedback process • How to deliver feedback, principles, behaviours, difficulties, best practices • Defining objectives for the individual development plan Teaching techniques: presentation of concepts, group exercises, mutual feedback while being observed
