• Set an effective frame for facilitated proces • Develop methods, techniques and approaches for interacting with the audience • Interact with participants, communicate effectively through verbal and non-verbal channels • Deal with live situations and addressing specific audience concerns • Choose appropriate tools for evaluating the impact • Establish Individual development plan Teaching techniques: teamwork, problem-soling exercises, real case study, games
