HR professionals, training directors, trainers, experts needing to design trainings internally
PROGRAMME
• Analyze training needs and translate the operational objectives (for the business) into learning objectives (for the training) • Identify conditions for adult learning, select the appropriate pedagogical methods • Integrate the key steps of the design methodology • Elaborate a training scenario and find appropriate content material
Organization
• 3 months with 3 face to face days • Blended learning: virtual classes, face-to-face, • e-Learning • 8 participants • individual questionnaire on training experience and expectations, satisfaction questionnaire
• Interact with participants, communicate effectively • Practical case in Crossknowledge’s environment
Teaching techniques: presentations, problem-solving exercise, case study and games
