OBJECTIVES

• To be able to discuss and approve assignment packages and relative costs with international mobility specialists and operational managers • To be able to answer first-level questions from assignees and managers • To make sure assignment packages are compliant and well-implemented in practice • To know how to welcome assignees with specific induction programmes • To ensure proactive HR follow-up

PARTICIPANTS

Corporate and local HR who welcome or send international assignees on a regular basis (HRD or members of their team)

PROGRAMME

• Who does what: roles and responsibilities in International Mobility in Saint-Gobain • Expatriate or secondee: the importance of choosing the right status for international assignees • International Mobility Packages: What are the Group rules? • International Mobility contracts for secondees and expatriates : content and important points for attention • Working with different nationalities : the prominence of intercultural awareness • The induction of international assignees and their family : key points and best practices Teaching techniques: presentation of concepts, group exercises, quiz, discussions, U-calculation case study

• 1 day • Face-to-face course • 10 participants maximum • online questionnaire, correctly completed pre-work booklet, satisfaction questionnaire
